RigPass® & Basin United Fundamental Training
Prepares your workforce for safer, more efficient oilfield operations. Focuses on essential industry safety practices, hazard recognition, emergency response, PPE, and fundamental oilfield operations to strengthen safety awareness, improve workforce competencies, and promote a proactive safety culture.
Basin United Leadership Training
Develops stronger leaders and builds a safety-driven workforce. Focuses on leadership skills, effective communication, accountability, hazard awareness, and decision-making to strengthen safety culture, improve team performance, and promote operational excellence.
Target Audience: Oil and gas supervisors, field leaders, frontline managers, team leaders, and emerging leaders seeking to strengthen their leadership skills, improve communication, reinforce accountability, and promote a strong safety culture in daily operations.
H2S Safe
Geared towards individuals who have the potential to be exposed to H2S or an H2S environment. The program consists of a core curriculum with an optional add-on supplement, with four (4) classroom hours required for teaching the H2S Safe curriculum.
First Aid, CPR & AED Training
Equips your workforce with the essential skills to respond confidently to medical emergencies, covering basic first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and the proper use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).
Target Audience: Employees, supervisors, field personnel, and workplace emergency response teams across industrial, construction, oil and gas, and other work environments.
Crosby Rigging & Lifting Equipment Training
Enhances workplace safety and lifting operations with specialized training on Crosby rigging and lifting equipment, covering proper equipment selection, safe operating practices, inspection criteria, identification of damaged components, and removal-from-service requirements.
Target Audience: Rigging personnel, crane operators, lifting supervisors, equipment inspectors, maintenance technicians, and oil and gas field personnel involved in lifting operations.
